Implementation Managers

Location: Centennial, CO Salary: competitive Description: Our client is currently seeking an Implementation ManagerThe Network Implementation Manager, being the subject matter expert in Transportation, Operations or Training will lead implementation discussions of new and/or expanding State and Managed Care business and will be responsible for leading client and internal stakeholder meetings and ensuring overall implementation success. This person will be relied upon to work constructively with account management, sales, product, and operations teams to execute service delivery to our clients, guide the ongoing development of our services and drive growth. This role requires a set of skills and traits such as communication, executive presence, collaboration, analytics, technical aptitude, team building and accountability. As a leader, this individual must demonstrate an appreciation for and commitment to the company's mission, culture, and brand in the marketplace. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have strong project management skills and be able to facilitate detailed implementation planning, coordinate meetings, communicate with business and client teams, manage, and monitor progress in accordance with the implementation plan.
• Experience with implementation, consultative roles, and/or training program development preferred
• Must have strong organizational, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to constant change; self-driven and motivated; able to prioritize and work independently

• 2+ years participating in projects and implementing projects
