Description This Senior Project Manager position will join an existing team to work onsite with a local client in the Financial Services industry. This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Greer, South Carolina area. If you want to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan, you could be the Senior Project Manager they're looking for! This position must ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders, because it serves as a key member of the team. This position is also responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Apply immediately!Key responsibilities- Determines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap- Enhances the daily stand-ups, making sure they are brief, focused, and timely- Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist- Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments- Assigns schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines- Assembles report from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into an analysis- Collaborates with Product Owner/Product Manager to secure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clean and feasible- See to it that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met- Supervises deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner- Help the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Closely cooperating and communicates with stakeholders,technical team members, developers, and designers- Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Sets out project with right ticket workflows and boards- Present detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion- Manages project planning- Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams- Be instrumental to classify, identify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests- Operates as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, leading scrum ceremonies, and clearing obstacles Requirements - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - We'll consider you a good candidate for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies- Strong problem-solving skills - You're sure to succeed in this position if you are flexible and focused- Foundational knowledge in Agile Scrum- Quality experience with Traditional Waterfall- Agile SDLC experience- Well-founded grasp of Traditional Waterfall- Practical knowledge of Waterfall Agile- Knowledge of Agile Coaching- Proficiency in Agile project management- Solid understanding of Agile project management- Wide ranging experience with PMP Certification- Good understanding of ITIL Processes- General familiarity with waterfall project management- Proven knowledge of Agile Transformation- Earlier work involving ITIL Processes - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues - A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred - Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs is strongly preferred.- Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills - You might be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures- Strong communication and social skills- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
