Job Description DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer(mid level experienced)Direct HireOrem, UtahPay Target $110k - $135kJob Summary:Join a team of 6 DevOps and Site Reliability engineers for a Financial company. The products and services they create for their customers are for the financial investment market. This team works very closely with the infrastructure and software development teams. Deploy, oversee, and support Microservices applications. Setup and help manage Kubernetes cloud architecture and manage the clusters.Required Skills:

  • 3+ years DevOps and Site Reliability experience
  • Proven experience setting up, deploying and supporting Microservices and Containerization (Kubernetes) at scale in production
  • Expertise in at least one technology stack with designing, coding, testing, delivering software
  • Solid working knowledge of Linux
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of CI/CD platforms and how to set them up.
  • Expert in in performance monitoring and capacity management of large systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
  • Enterprise security credential management systems
  • Jenkins

Environment:
  • Everyone at the company currently works remote. Plan is to start transitioning people back into the office as early as late October following CDC guidelines.

  • About 12 minute drive off a major freeway on/off ramp and major corridor road
  • Ample parking around building on surface parking lot
