For immediate consideration, please email your resume to asmith@judge.com.- Andy SmithResponsibilitiesThe DoD Change Management Senior Consultant helps clients optimize all elements of their finance organization, including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, and full-scale finance transformation.QualificationsClearance - Active SecretMinimum Education/ CertificationBachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role including Business, Public Policy, English, Communications, or Political Science.Professional ExperienceMust have 5 years of full-time (excluding internships) experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience providing financial systems or business systems services, change management services, logistics and asset management services, or financial management business process re-engineering services to the Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.Performing current state organizational assessment and gap analysisPerforming future state definition, defining organizational goals, business functions and process definitionPerforming and developing change management assessments, business readiness , change strategies, communication plans, and training plansExperience ensuring organizational change management deliverables are completed to a high level of quality, and timelyApply change architectures, models, and frameworks used to successfully design and implement complex changeCreate and utilize methods, estimators, and frameworks that integrate tightly with the broaderOrganizational Change Management work plan generation, implementation, and managementOrganizational Change Management status report generation and communicationExperience leading teams to identify risks related to business transformation and support the development of a strategy to overcome and/or address risksDemonstrates the ability to understand client needs, participate within a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, and proactively communicateExperience keeping leadership informed of progress, risks, and issuesExperience effectively leading client discussions and meetings, and producing high-quality and client-ready deliverables including spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and other documentsContact: asmith@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
