Helpdesk Technician

Job DescriptionSNI Technology has partnered with a healthcare orginization in the Orlando area who is seeking a Help desk Technician. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PC/Network/Peripheral issues, proactively resolving issues in monitored machines, running maintenance / Windows updates.The ideal candidate must have:

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Windows 7 & 10, MS Office, PC hardware / peripherals and understanding of basic networking
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems (escalating when necessary)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must pass extensive background check and drug screen
• 2+ years of experience
• Travel withing the central Florida area and occasional travel to south Florida
