RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is looking for a Junior Release Train Engineer for a remote opportunity with a large financial organization in the Kansas City, MO area. The Junior Release Train Engineer will be part of the digital products and services program management team and will be focused on making the digital product development team more organized, productive, and successful.Day to Day responsibilities include the following: Junior Release Train Engineer will facilitate PI Planning Coordinate long term to short term planning between product roadmaps and agile sprints Help the team work through the success of that plan throughout the planning Increment As a Junior Release Train Engineer, you will help instrument growth and improvement programs helping to foster community across disparate organizations and roles Engage with internal partners to identify opportunities for improved processes and drive implementation Drive adoption of agile (lean/scrum) and DevOps methodologies Coach with light governance on supporting tools for planning and execution with the product team Junior Release Train Engineers develop leadership communications and company narratives Create and manage a foundation to track quarterly OKRs, progress against each and visuals that enable discussions and alignmentREQUIREMENTS: Significant experience in area of expertise and/or product/program management experience, with at least 5 years of project/program management related experience with increasing levels of responsibility Scaled Agile management experience coordinating large programs that involve significant business change Proven ability to track and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Experience administering project/product management related tooling such as Jira, Aha!, Rally, etc. Candidates must possess excellent leadership qualities and communication skills including the proven abilities to facilitate meetings, manage cross-functional teams, champion ideas, and influence others Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and the ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and ability to champion agile development frameworks and practices Ability to communicate progress within agile constructs Experience with product roadmapsPreferred Experience: Some post college education whether towards MBA or other demonstration to continuous learning PMP and CSM (like) certifications preferred At least 2 years of experience coaching teams on lean-agile principles, practices, mindsets, and processes Release Train Engineer Experience Experience facilitating workshops on modern lean, agile, and/or product development Experience facilitating Program Increment level planning sessions Experience with road mapping and/or portfolio management Ability to create quick and high-quality analysis and presentations using Excel and PowerPointKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
