Job SummaryResponsible for deployment readiness as it relates to sales support and operations initiatives, including requirements and user stories, testing validation, and defect tracking. Serves as subject matter expert and acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages requirements and user stories for sales support and operations initiatives as applicable
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze and assess feedback and break/fix submissions to identify appropriate action require
  • Monitors open incidents through completion and escalates as needed for resolution.
  • Oversees coordination and completion of release testing validation and logs defects as necessary.
  • Acts as liaison between the field and Division & HQ teams to identify gaps with products, processes, and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Assess and manage the performance and health of sales tools and recommends enhancements as necessary.
  • Generates and coordinates maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for Deployment and Experience supported initiatives
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
