Contract Length: 4 to 10 Months. Possible Temp to Permanent.

This position is remote initially due to COVID but will be onsite after it is deemed safe to return.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)1.Provide technical support and maintenance of all internal hardware, software, and other related paraphernalia that is applicable to all in-house networked desktop computers. Perform systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, and/or system functional specs.2.Support the Technician/Helpdesk Supervisor in the day to day operations and interfaces with all departments with reference to both hardware and software issues.3.Support all desktop computers to include but not limited to setup, configuration images, installation of software applications, back-up and restore user data, reboot and verify functionality of servers, system security remediation, email, and file locations.4.Trace and configure network switches; run, trouble shoot, and reset ports and patch cables when needed.5.Responsible for desktop documentation, maintenance, inventory, cleaning, and repair of all parts and materials licensed and owned by PH&C.6.Perform the maintenance and inventory of all parts and materials of 3rd party vendor products. Including receiving of new parts/materials, replacing of new parts/materials, and shipping of damaged parts/materials.7.Responsible for the disassembling, relocating, and assembling of all systems.8.Assist with design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, and/or modification of computer systems.9.Create custom configurations for a number of applications currently in our environment.10.Remain current on all aspects of infrastructure technology through continued education such as seminars and/or webinars.11.Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations.12.Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:1. Should have either a high school diploma or equivalent years of related experience or An Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.2.Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.3.The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.4.The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.5.The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
