Bellingham Washington headquartered Boat Repair Company looking for top notch additions to our Alaska crew.

We are looking for skilled technicians and skilled technicians that have an eye on moving into Supervisory positions.

For anyone looking to make great money and have a substantial portion of the rest of the year off and the money to enjoy it. Or simply to have time off to pursue other interests, this is the perfect job!

If you have experience in fiberglass boat repair and fiberglass fabrication and can be away from home for a couple of two month stints, I'd like to talk with you about a job. This job posting is heavily focused on persons that are highly experienced in the fiberglass boat repair skills, deck and fish-hold replacement on commercial vessels!

This is full time seasonal work in Bristol Bay at one or both of our boat repair facilities. Most living expenses are paid, as well as airfare expenses round trip from Kenai/Anchorage

Our season is from April through June, with some or all of July off. Then we pick up again in late July and work to usually late September, sometimes slightly beyond.

We have approximately 2 months of the 2021 season still ahead (through September) No need to move here

There is intermittent emergency repair work in July for those that would rather stay on while the fleet fishes.

The job pays very well, with a range of $25.00 to $40.00 per hr. depending on experience, ability and productivity. Plus overtime. We work seven days per week so there is plenty of overtime.

Our top people make in the vicinity of $40 to 55K in this four to five month period, plus bonuses for the supervisory positions. The work is generally on the "fiberglass boats" of the Bristol Bay fleet. Our crews are capable of minor repairs to major collision damage repairs, complete deck re-configurations, ie, flush decks, fish-hold reconfiguration, complete fish-hold insulation systems on both fiberglass and aluminum boats, plus much more.

We have two locations with shops in Naknek and in Dillingham Alaska.
