Event Server

I am a private chef looking for a reliable server to work on a contract basis serving events from Sedona to Flagstaff. The events are usually on the weekends and the start time is usually between 4 and 5pm and they last from 4-6 hours (often only 4-5 hours with the driving). Experience is preferred but not needed if you are over 21, personable and meet the other requirements.

They include:

Being Genuine

Able to take Direction (I give a lot, less over time, depending on how you learn)

Attention to Detail

Having your own Transportation

Posses a Yavapai or Coconino County Health Card

Be presentable and practice good Hygiene

Setting a table

Serving and Clearing

Washing dishes

Have a High School level understanding of Science (anti-vaxxers move along)

Various Other Duties

DO NOT APPLY IF:

You live out of your car

Don't like following orders

Insist on doing things your way

Are any kind of crazy, including and especially being overly political one way or the other.

Have no sense of Duty

Absolutely DO APPLY if:

Your two most favorite words are "Oui Chef."

These are the only words I want to hear while we are working unless you have a question or you're entertaining the guests.

The pay is $225 for each event plus any tip the client may leave (though your first event only pays $150 + Tip that depends on how well you do). All money goes through Venmo, so you need a Venmo account to get paid. No Venmo = No Work!

You are essentially the Event Host when you work and this position has the potential to become full time employment for the right candidate, over time if my business grows.
