Operations Manager for Cosmetics Manufacturing

We're actively hiring for a new Operations Manager to lead, direct, and manage our Tucson, AZ cosmetics manufacturing operation.

JOB DETAILS:

This open "Operations Manager" position will require that you wear a lot of hats while overseeing our warehouse and production operation in Tucson, Arizona.

-Managing & leading warehouse and production workers

-Training & developing staff

-Handling inbound & outbound shipments

-Supervising all staff to ensure strong adherence to quality & accuracy

-Ensuring every single unit of product meets the highest standards

-Creating & coordinating weekly & daily production plans

-Managing on-site and off-site inventory & creating inventory reports

-And much more!

We will provide full on-the-job training but we're looking for someone with MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

COMPENSATION:

-Salary $60,000 per year plus bonuses & incentives.
