Do you want to work in gorgeous assisted living homes taking care of our elders? The Gardens is hiring caregivers certified in all three levels who can pass meds!

We are hiring full-time and PRN certified caregivers for 12-hour day and night shifts in central Tucson. We offer extremely competitive pay and benefits. Fill out an application in person at 4553 E San Carlos PL S Tucson, AZ 85712.

Please bring your Arizona Caregiver Certificate with all three levels (direct, personal, and supervisory), fingerprint clearance card, 1st/CPR Paperwork, Covid-19 Vaccine Card, and a current TB Test to your interview.

Shifts Available:

7 PM to 7 AM Wednesday – Saturday (work every other Wednesday)

7 AM to 7 PM Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday (work every other Wednesday)

Pay and Benefits:

$1,000 Signing Bonus: $500 paid after 90 days and an additional $500 after one year of service for new full-time hires

Starting Base Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience and shift, excellent workers can look forward to a pay increase after their 90-day probationary period.

Guaranteed Overtime for Full-Time Employees: 8 hours of overtime scheduled every other week.

Long Weekends: Three days off one week and four days of the next week.

Paid Vacation Time: After a year of service, you get 7 days of paid time off every 12 months.

Referral Bonus for Caregivers: $25 Gift Card for new hires. $500 bonus if new hires stay three months and an additional $500 if new employees stay a year.

Retirement Account: After three months you can join our 401k with employer matching of 4%!
