M-F 8am-5pm

Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire

A typical day would be spent pulling, packing and shipping customer orders. It may also include assisting with incoming shelf stock, receiving goods, stocking shelves, verifying inventory or assisting in crating large tools for shipment by LTL transport.

They have a clean stockroom environment and a culture that is not typical of a warehouse/stockroom. They need self-motivated people who understand that rewards are earned through hard work over the long term. Their team works together to create an environment where job roles are not defined by person, but rather by department. Anything and everything they do in the storeroom is everyone' s responsibility to contribute towards accomplishing the daily goal of accurately processing and shipping orders to their customers.

• Accurate and timely processing of customer orders for shipment
• Monitor and maintain storeroom inventory and stock levels
• Use computers and specialized software to process orders
• Identify, document, and properly process domestic and international shipments
• Receive, tag, and stock inventory
• Evaluate and assist with process improvement and compliance with regulatory standards
• Design and build crates for tools
• Continually learn, grow, and strive for self-improvement while helping others reach their full potential
• Other responsibilities as directed

• Personality that is positive, adapts well to change, accepts personal responsibility and is a good fit with the culture of the department
• Computer literate (Windows/Office environment)
• Ability to perform at a high level with or without supervision
• Ability and desire to learn and work in multiple departments as needs grow
• Willing to make decisions independently
• High School Graduate or Equivalent

• Experience working with special needs adults
• Bilingual (Spanish)
