This position will contribute to the success of acquiring new clients for Target Digital Solutions andsupporting the operations and implementation team in daily tasks.

JOB LOCATIONS: Cheyenne, Wyoming, Casper, Wyoming, or Cody, Wyoming. (Main office located in Cody, Wyoming)

SALARY RANGE: DOE

Job Summary

This position contributes to the success of all new business and assists with up sells to current accounts.The Business Development Agent will be responsible for, using sales research tools, requesting RFPs, giving proposals and presentations. This position will work with the Managing Director to ensure sales goals are met and will drive sales initiatives.

Essential Functions – Duties and Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities for Target Digital Solutions- Plan, prioritize, and qualify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline- Ability and willingness to follow a designed sales process- Own the sales process – coordination of internal resources, facilitate meetings, present of provided material and bring deals to closure- Present data driven presentations, that will be created for you, they will demonstrate the value of the Target Digital Solutions- Train and educate prospects on the value of Target Digital Solutions- Ability to articulate client decisions back to the implementation team- Conduct high-level conversations with key executives and business owners at prospect accounts- Work with and meet or exceed the assigned sales quotas

Measurements of Performance

- Follow up on existing clients and leads, log activity, set and attend scheduled sale meetings with existing clients- Successfully generate new sales leads, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and sign new clients regularly, willingness to cold call help drive sales initiatives set by the Managing Director utilizing entire Target Digital Solutions team use client on-boarding check lists meet all deadlines

Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Requirements:

- Have basic knowledge and understanding of search marketing and the internet-Professional demeanor and desire to win in a very competitive industry.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Must be disciplined, hardworking and respectfully persistent- Possesses a track record of success and a relentless desire to succeed- Willing to develop compelling presentation style- Ability to ask questions, listen and follow-up- Desire for upward mobility and willingness to take day trips to surrounding communities- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs- Preference in sale experience

Job Type: Full-time
