Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.
Compensation: $17-$20 per hour Depending on Experience and Skill Level

Primary Responsibilities:
>Prepare and maintain various reports
>Maintain an accurate aging report
>Send statement/invoice to outstanding customers
>Reconcile A/R to the G/L
>Interact with customers and vendors to resolve issues
Skills and Experience Requirements:
>Quick Books proficient
>Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivables / Payables experience
>Excellent oral and written communication skills
>Ability to develop and maintain relationship with customers and vendors.
>Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
>Able to perform a variety of complicated tasks as assigned
>Ability to learn quickly
>Excellent organizational skills
>10 Key
>Thorough knowledge of GL accounting and account reconciliation.
>High attention to detail, accuracy and organization are critical.
>Professional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
>HR / Personnel experience helpful.
>All office procedure skills
