And our work depends on a Workplace Accommodations Analyst to support our centralized workplace accommodations team with administrative functions.The right candidate will possess the ability to work collaboratively and plan strategies for streamlining and improving team operations that support that overall efficiency of the team. They will also serve as the initial point of contact for the accommodations team when an employee reaches out to make a request for an accommodation based on a medical or religious need, when management asks for support, and other general inquiries. Responsibilities include tracking new accommodation cases, assigning cases, documenting initial contact actions, creating, and sending accommodation communications, maintaining a repository of processes and procedures, and updating / reporting metrics regularly.You will perform the following job responsibilities:Work with team members to support various administrative tasks related to responding to and documenting a workplace accommodation.

Act as the primary point of contact for the workplace accommodation team by managing the centralized mailbox and responding to inquiries.

Work within the accommodation tool for accurate and complete documentation and ensure timely completion of administrative components of each request.

Create, update, and manage team documentation related to processes and procedures

Proactively assess risk and urgency, using sound judgement to promptly escalate potential concerns to the Workplace Accommodations Manager.

Perform quality reviews to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Prepare reports related to data analytics, metrics, documented trends, and audits.

Maintain current knowledge of related leave and ADAAA laws and record-keeping requirements.

Participate in special projects as required.

Yearly travel may be requested

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience; OR the equivalent combination of education, professional training, and relevant work experience (in lieu of degree, 6 years is required)

2-4 years of related human resources experience is preferred

Familiarity of the ADAAA

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.

Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Proficient in both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
