Legal cannabis farm seeks employees

Farm hand positions currently available at two legal family owned cannabis farms in Trinity County, California.

Must be 21 or older.

Must have or acquire a California ID.

Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.

Ideal experience includes plant maintenance, light dep, irrigation, pest management, veggie gardening, construction, greenhouse maintenance, welding, electrical, plumbing, volunteer work, firefighting, jack of all trades, creative problem solving. Must be able to work long hours if needed and lift 50lbs.

Pay is $18 an hour with a potential for merit based bonus, wage offer dependent on performance and experience.

Employees are expected to live on site. We are off grid with solar and generator power, an organic veggie garden, a hot shower, delicious well water, an outdoor kitchen with stove, fridge, dishes, and a microwave. We are working on improving the employee housing situation this year by adding a few small cabins as well as a large metal building with a kitchen, and a bathroom. We are a 30 minute drive from Hayfork, a small mountain town with all amenities including grocery stores and restaurants, 10 minutes from a great river spot, and surrounded by beautiful national forest perfect for hiking.
