Answers telephone, screens calls, schedules appointments, customer calls.

Heavy customer service and dispatching.

Organizes office, files and supplies.

Determines priorities and multi-tasks.

Prepares invoices, data entry and other accounting functions.

Maintains historical records by filing documents.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Reporting, general routing and tracking delivery routes throughout the day.Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent Computer and Data Entry Skills, Bilingual with Spanish highly preferred, Thoroughness, Organization, Attention to Detail, Decision Making, Dependable, Team Player, Internal Communications, Results Driven Schedule: This location is open 7 days a week - weekends required.
