Currently, we’re seeking out a professional Customer Experience representative to join our team. You have to be 21 or over – and a knowledge and enthusiasm for cannabis is important – but most of all we want to find people who are genuine, dedicated and kind, who will fit in with our existing team who all shares these traits.

Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion
Must be available to work 11:00 am-10:30pm, weekends and most holidays
Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate person following outlined guidelines
Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all clientele
Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service
Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during interactions
Qualifications :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
1 year of customer service experience
General knowledge of the surrounding areas
Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention preferred
Proficient with Mac OS is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a high volume role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Cannabis knowledge is a plus
-job openings available immediately, you will have a 2 week in depth training period followed by 90 days of probation.
-hourly wages will be determined by experience and knowledge
