Hiring Budtenders

Currently seeking applicants(Preferably Female) with strong-to-excellent knowledge of cannabis products, who can educate and serve patients while maintaining strong work ethics and cleaning habits.

Typical work hours are 42 hours – 84 hours a week

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain friendly and welcoming environment - position is 3-5 shifts a week

Greet customers

Serve customers to the best of your ability to find flower or other product they need.

Cash handling.

Adhere to strict work processes, respect, and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers;

Continue to enhance your knowledge of medical cannabis, and continually hone your ability to explain and recommend variety of products and their uses;

Maintain a clean work environment

Fulfill tasks and duties assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner

Skills & Qualifications:

Valid California ID AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE

Experiences in retail sales preferred;

Knowledge of marijuana strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market;

Dispensary-related experience a plus;

Must be Responsible, on-time,Team-oriented, takes initiative, good at upselling, friendly, upbeat, trustworthy, dependable, and hardworking;

Must be able to provide exemplary customer service, and represent the business with pride;

Must have reliable form of transportation + open to commute
