Solo attorney searching for bi-lingual (Japanese) newly admitted attorney who will learn the ins and outs of estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Must be willing to learn the practice area with some guidance and training but I will not hold your hand. You must be willing to put the work in and read and learn on your own time as well. The effort you put in will likely lead to partnership of the trusts and estates practice area at my firm. It can be lucrative as you will get a significant percentage of the cases you work on. I will provide you with a place to work, computer, practice guides, training, and conference room to meet clients. I will check your work to make sure you are on the right track. The goal is to build the estate planning department up.

Requirements:

- Smart;

- Hard-working;

- Self-starter;

- Not afraid to meet with clients or communicate with them over the phone;

- Punctual;

- Responsible;

- Good public speaking skills;

- Fluent in spoken Japanese;

- Looking to be a business partner;

- Ambitious;

- Hard-working (repeated, because this is key);

- Aggressive.
