Assistant Project Manager/Sr. PE for Commercial GC

Well established commercial general contractor looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Engineer. Candidates must have a B.S. in construction management and a minimum of five years of experience in the commercial construction industry. If candidate does not have a degree, equivalent construction experience is necessary. We are seeking someone who works easily on a team, is detailed oriented and a self starter. Must have competency in plan reading, estimating and plan take-off of all trade disciplines. Candidate must be highly competent in the use of computers and have experience with Microsoft Project (including schedule updating), Bluebeam, Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience with Procore and LEED Accreditation a plus.
