We are currently looking to add to our leadership team. We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality minded Restaurant Manager, someone who thrives in a fast paced/high volume atmosphere while leading our talented team.

Job Description

Restaurant manager responsibilities include helping maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will help ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Managers are responsible for overseeing the dining room, checking-in with customers and balancing seating capacity. You are expected to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Additional Tasks/Responsibilities/Skills

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager

Support daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

Guest First Mind Set- Deliver superior service and place a high priority on the guest experience

Help Train new and current employees on proper Hospitality.

Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety and Covid regulations

Handle pressure effectively and flexibly respond to changing demands, responding with a sense of urgency.

Applicant must have strong work ethic.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable & Aloha

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Job is very hands on and physical. Manager is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, handle and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
