Job Description

To support ourrapidlygrowing organization, Resultantisdesigning, implementing, and evolvinginternal and client-facing processes thatare needed to improve the quality, consistency,and efficiency of our client servicedelivery and delivery operations platform.Implementing these processes requires trainingand supportofthestaffthat use them,pilot testing, and thenrefinementsalong the way that improve the processesandtheiradoption.

The Process Administrator(PA)will work with the Director of Delivery Operations to execute the Process Governance functions as designed, identify opportunities to make them better, and implement them. The PA will useinformationderived from Process Governance tosuggest improvements to the implemented business processes, the governance processes, and the associated training, and documentation. As the PA becomes more familiar with theprocesses and tools involved, they may suggest and evencreate automations for these processes.

  • ProcessAdministration Support

  • Monitor project schedulesand events that trigger processes to determine when alertsand remindersare needed. Trigger as appropriate.

  • Monitor usage of processesto determine complianceand report on same.

  • Survey process users ontheirplans forfollowingprocess

  • Assist process users in arranging exemptions where appropriate

  • Survey process users ontheirreasons for non-compliance and suggested improvements

  • Use the outputs from Delivery Operations processesto identify trends, good or bad.Summarize,communicate, and recommendon a periodic basis.

  • Distribute the outputs from DeliveryOperationsprocessesas appropriate to maximize leverage of thatinformation.

  • Implement incremental improvements in the processes, documentation, and training.

  • Identify non-conformities in Project Manager reporting and work with PMs to remedy.

  • Communicationsand Information Management

  • Assist Communities of Practice in gathering, posting, and distributing information to support educational programs,accolades,socialnetworking,andknowledge sharing.

  • Assist in the management of project information, artifacts,references, best practices tools and templates, and other as required.

Qualifications

  • At least oneyearofexperience working in the services industry in aprofessionaloffice environment

  • High School Diploma with GPA of 3.2 or better

  • Previous experience withprofessional consulting servicesis highly desired

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 environment and tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)

  • Must be open-minded and innovative, as well as adaptable and detail-oriented

  • Must be persuasive and trustworthy with the ability to develop relationships easily

  • Must begood at organizing and managing activities.

  • Must have very strong verbal and written English language skills.

  • Must bewilling tomeet new peopleand interact with groups of people, as well asinone-on-one dialogues
