Project Manager Intermediate

Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project: The Data & Analytics Release Management team is looking for an Associate Release Manager who will be responsible to support release and environment coordination, building release content for Data and Analytics releases, and resolving dependencies with other organizational groups.

• Support for release management in specific functional areas of the organization including release detailed planning and execution, performance metrics, and process improvements.
• Responsible for:
  • Support the management and planning multiple Data and Analytics releases comprised of diverse and complex set of IT release units (deployments of multiple IT projects).
  • Support managing environments across multiple releases and projects and allocating them based on requirements and complexity.
  • Maintain excellent rapport with enterprise-wide audiences in communicating release information and participating in cross-functional teams.
  • Support managing scope and change requests for each release and prevent conflicts and collisions between multiple groups seeking access to limited resources.
  • Support managing the coordination of efforts to configure environments and tracking the status of environment configuration activities.
  • Maintain release and report on release data and component catalog.
  • Coordinate, triage, and follow-up on any issues that impacts release.
  • Maintain release status and reports, and drive process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring smooth integration of Data Services releases into downstream and upstream enterprise releases and Identifying and mitigating.
  • Oversees compliance with administrative practices and objectives.
  • Oversight and coordination of non-production environment project use as applicable. Coordinates with Environment committee for integration and planning.
