Data Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Research Analyst - Gather and analyze data on security processes to measure impact, identify risks and highlight opportunities for improvement - Develop insightful solutions to address complex strategic and operational challenges - Evaluate the impact of proposed changes, pay attention to scalability and sustainability over time - Manage cross-functional projects, from problem definition to implementation - Communicate findings and recommendations to a diverse set of stakeholders, leveraging data to tell a clear and compelling story - Design and develop dashboards and scripts using existing Google tools (GSuite) - Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities - Plan, design and track pilot initiatives and impacts - Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to multitask, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment - Fluency in GSuite, excellent Verbal and Written Skills Qualifications & Requirements:Mandatory: - Experience with dashboard development and analytical tools (such as SQL, Smartsheets, Tableau, Python, App Scripts). Familiarity with the Google Drive Suite (especially Sheets and Slides). Prior experience with project management tools (ex: Microsoft Project with Web Application, Smartsheets or Workfront). Desired:- Bachelor's degree in a technology field (computer science, engineering, business analytics). Experience with Smartsheets, Workfront, and SQL.
