Design Coordinator

Job Description - Design CoordinatorDescription: Our Marketing department is seeking a Design Coordinator who is responsible for the localization of marketing creative across our portfolio, premium studio titles and a diverse range of library content. This Design Coordinator should have creative and graphic production experience, preferably in the International markets and have an understanding of roman and non-roman languages and how they translate out visually. Individual should enjoy taking existing work and creating multiple versions of it to speak to a global audience. We want someone who can be a brand and IP ambassador, upholding the creative integrity of our top shelf marketing. This role will also involve asset trafficking, including archiving and tracking of design files across multiple brands. This person should thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume and extremely collaborative environment and should be able to prioritize multiple projects. Responsibilities:

• Traffic and archive localized creative assets such as key art and social shareable
• Support Lead Localization Designer in the creation of localized title treatments
• Design ad-hoc elements for A/V localization as needed
• Design presentation elements and visualize data for presentations
• Request and track translations for graphics projects
• Track and report on design deliverables

• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience in related industry
• On the job work experience, working either freelance or in a larger company
• Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator
• Keynote experience

• Localization examples (if available) - portfolio is preferred, but not required
• Exceptional organizational skills
• An understanding of international design trends
• Motion Graphics experience
• Knowledge of video editing software
• A positive outlook when the going gets tough
