10% on the gross, yes you read it correctly, on the gross with no cap. Our recruiters and Account Managers / BDM's have traditionally earned well over six figures a year. The chosen candidate will receive a competitive base salary, commission, and an exceptional benefits package including a comprehensive medical/dental/vision plan, vacation pay, and 401K. The Account Executive / BDM will develop new staffing/professional services business targeting the technology market. They will build relationships with prospective clients to obtain qualified job requirements through office visits, presentations and negotiations. As a part of the relationship building, this person will update and maintain client information, track vendor agreements and complete accurate invoicing information. This position will be responsible for managing current contractors working, track new starts and anticipate upcoming contract endings.

Essential Functions:
    • New business development- targeting Technology market, generating staffing requirements to be filled by recruiters
    • Work closely with existing project team as well as internal Recruiters to fulfill Client requirements. Develop and maintain client relationships by phone and in person
    • Take initiative in managing your account’s on-going needs and in new business development Possess an internal drive to meet targets for sales goals and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
    • Ideal candidates will be a self-starter with strong organizational and leadership qualities

Qualifying requirements:
    • 2+ years’ experience as an Account Manager within the Technical staffing arena
    • New business development- targeting Technology market, generating staffing requirements to be filled by recruiters
    • Ability to discover and understand prospects needs and goals and then share industry specific solutions to achieving those goals
    • Desire to work with company’s technical resources as needed to define the best options for prospects
    • Present customized and differentiated presentations that are specifically tailored to each prospect’s unique needs
    • Understand opportunity costs and quote prices, proposals, or sales contracts
    • Generate lead lists of prospective customers based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet web sites and other sources

Educational requirements:Candidates must have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or the equivalent combination of education and experience
