You will support the efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge with the Pure Storage Sales and Systems Engineering community. You will gain the opportunity to learn from, collaborate with and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of enterprise architecture.Reporting to the Technical Marketing Manager, the role is an opportunity to support the Customer Solution Center team in multiple aspects. For one, you will be responsible for POC and Demo lab automation and/or documentation, in which you will work with the CSC team and the Enterprise Sales teams to leverage relevant expertise to effectively document POC and Demo lab environments.What You Will Be Doing
- Document and Manage POC ticketing system for the Sales team
- Provisioning of workload for POC and demo labs
- Maintain automated processes and workflows
- Develop and update existing marketing collateral
- Technical or business discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Marketing, etc.)
- Strong research abilities and to document researched materials in an organized way
- Organized, self-directed, and able to work without supervision to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Google GSuite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Base understanding of high tech industry, data center infrastructure and storage preferred
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, technology, or relevant field of study such as computer science
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very organized with excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative self-starter who wants to dive right in
- Basic knowledge of block and file storage and associated use cases
- Basic knowledge of understanding the architecture, design and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
- Basic knowledge of digital transformation to a Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers
- Basic knowledge of VMWare, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP and general networking
