RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of a Marketing Automation Manager III in Mountain View, CA.Summary:The Marketing Automation Manager will have the opportunity to implement and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in best-in-class automation tools. You will be part of the Ecosystem and Lifecycle Implementation team, a fast-paced, highly technical, and innovative team pushing the boundaries of cross-channel marketing. Our ideal candidate has deep marketing automation executional skills with the ability to learn fast and execute with excellence and sweat the details.Duties: As a Marketing Manager, you will own the implementation of customer lifecycle campaigns through strong technical use of marketing automation platforms You will drive scalability, durability, and innovation in campaign implementation, will complete requests with high accuracy and meet deadlines As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will adhere to and champion data governance guidelines and campaign best practices You will be responsible for providing post-launch support, including monitoring campaign performance, and delivering final documentation You will evaluate, implement, and maintain new technologies including add-on apps to improve campaign optimization; Be open to learning new marketing automation toolsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree optional Technical and analytical competence with 4+ years of B2B or B2C experience in web and/or email marketing Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Exceptional execution and project management skills Attention to detail, strong focus on goals, mastery at QA and being tenacious about documentation Natural problem-solving skills, with a high level of intellectual curiosity and focus; Deep understanding of how campaign components interconnect with each other; Ability to find the root cause of a problem and troubleshoot quickly Ability to work on multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver with a high level of accuracy Understanding campaign best practices Curiosity and energy for digging into campaign data and leveraging technology Experience in process optimization Understanding of campaign engagement data to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of current implementation workflows and processes Working in marketing automation for SaaS companies is a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
