Technical Project Manager II

Hi, We have an urgent job opening with our Direct client. Title: Technical Project Manager II Location: South San Francisco, 94080 Duration: 12+ months Duties:

• The project Manager will directly interface with the clinical sites and be integrated in their environment.
• The project manager will liaise with the clinical site's study teams, IT teams, alliances and partnerships team, and site leadership.
• The Project Manager will keep track of project deliverables and time lines and make sure communication flows between teams at each site and back to the Roche team.
• This individual should also be familiar with clinical research informatics including databases, integration flows and IT architecture on a high level.

• Experience with clinical research informatics including databases, integration flows and IT architecture on a high level.
• 5 years experience in Project management in a technical environment; PMP certification preferred
• Intermediate to advanced skill with project planning tools ( Microsoft Project, smartsheets)
• Server and network administration and engineering experience (preferred)
• High-level understanding of IT infrastructure; ie, Client Server and web-based communications and operations, virtualizations, SANs, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, VPN, etc.
• Experience with different database types: SQL, Relational, MPP , distributed and NoSQL
• Knowledge and understanding of cloud technologies (general knowledge of AWS cloud)
• Experience working in a distributed work environment.

• Bachelor/Master degree in one of the related fields (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent work-related experience.
