Senior Automation Software Test Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a growing nationwide Technology company is seeking a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager.Summary:The Senior Software Test Automation Engineer will be part of a R&D team responsible for developing test automation software/scripts to automate application and system testing. Your primary focus will be on the verification activities around the company's software related features and functions. Senior Software Test Automation Engineers will work with lead and senior developers.Responsibilities: Will focus initially on UI Automation Senior Software Test Automation Engineer will write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system Will own the automation system and implement it As a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer, you will determine the priority for test scenarios and create test execution plans Write documentation automated test plans, test procedures, and test cases Use and build test automation frameworksREQUIREMENTS: BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field At least 6-8+ years of professional experience QA Software Testing At least 5 years of experience developing test automation software/scripts Experience with UI Automation is required Experience owning the automation system and implementing it is strongly desired Experience in at least one test automation tool (e.g. Selenium, TestComplete, Katalon Studio, Ranorx, etc.) Experience in any of the common computer languages used for test automation technologies such as the following: Python, Java, Ruby, C, PHP, C#, etc. Proficient on the Windows platform Familiarity of software development lifecycle and software test processes Excellent documentation and communication skills Knowledge of authentication protocols and cybersecurity a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
