Mandatory Qualifications:RQ 1 –Each resource must have a minimum of five (5) years, within the last eight(8) years, of experience performing business process analysis.RQ 2 –Each resourcBPR, PALe must have a minimum of five (5) years, within the last eight (8) years, of experience performing business process mapping.RQ 3 –Each resource must have a minimum of five (5) years, within the last eight (8) years, of experience in documenting business requirements and performing re-engineering of complex business environments.Desirable Qualifications:DQ 1: Experience with the California Department of Technology Project Planning process (identified as the Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL)).DQ 2: Experience performing legislatively mandated business processes for integrated business units within the State of California.DQ 3: Organizational Change Management (OCM) knowledge and experience.DQ 4:Familiarity with adult and juvenile criminal offender record information (CORI); and the processes and systems associated with the collection, processing, and storage of CORI data.
