Title: System AdministratorLocation: Sacramento, California Work Eligibility: Citizenship required, position will join our Razorleaf Government Solutions Group The System Administrator will work as part of the Razorleaf Government Solutions Group to support defense clients. Position is full time with benefits. The role of the Systems Administrator configures and maintains IT systems.

Responsibilities:
  • COMPTIA Security Certification
  • IAT II Certification
  • Maintain (or learn to maintain) client’s 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform.
  • Resolve technical issues, support users of hardware and software systems.
  • Manage IT servers.
  • Assist with system upgrades.
  • Resolve security issues.
  • Install and configure software.
  • Provide hardware and network support to maintain IT functionality.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • Must be able to pass a background check to receive a security clearance.
  • IT systems administration experience required, 5 years or more experience preferred.
  • 3DEXPERIENCE knowledge/experience is preferred.
  • Experience administering enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, databases, and security functions.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities, able to effectively troubleshoot issues.
