- The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for working with the business to develop the strategy and implement research that answers business questions and provides insights into corrective actions to solve business issues.
- Responsible for research strategy, identification of the type of research as well as collects, analyzes, and reports member and marketplace information to the organization.
- This position conducts research studies and complex analyses regarding member and non-member needs, attitudes, and experiences; competitive threats and marketplace trends; and/or geographic and demographic conditions in order to meet corporate goals and objectives.
- BA/BS required in Engineering or Science or equivalent work experience. Emphasis in research and different types of research methodology, marketing, and/or business preferred.
- MA/MS/MBA or other appropriate advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with SQL required
- Knowledge and use of statistics, statistical modeling, database management, data interpretation, and/or data science is a plus
- Python and R experience a plus
- Tableau or Power BI experience a plus
- Advanced analytical skills a plus
