- Windowsserver administration/troubleshooting/ performance management skillset as primary skillset and on top of it have alternate skillset as security is quite possible for Senior SME.
- Basic knowledge on networking,including firewalls, Vlans, and IP addressing .
- Design/implement strict InfoSec policies and ensure systems remain compliant with the Intel IT Minimum Security Specification (MSS)
- Provide issue escalation support and participate in projects to upgrade and improve systems.
- Communicate and provide training for partner support personnel
