Project Manager, Analytics & Operations (100% Remote)Large Enterprise Environment Are you looking for a high impact position that will leverage your project management skills? If you excel at planning, communication, and resource management, then this position is for you.Seeking a Project Manager to join our Marketing & Advanced Analytics organization. The Project Manager's primary role is to focus on coordinating and facilitating our Data Science and CRM teams needs to enable them to move the business forward. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in working with data science teams, identity management, modern data & data science infrastructure, and an understanding of contract negotiation & data privacy regulations.Responsibilities:
- Working with the Data & Decision Science and CRM teams to develop project plans including outlining goals, time lines, and deliverables.
- Will facilitate projects by coordinating meetings with cross-functional groups: business, data science, engineering, legal, governance, and vendors.
- Identify risks and blockers to projects and communicate them to leadership to prevent delivery delays.
- Manage standup, intake, and backlog of ad hoc projects for the teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or an equivalent work experience in the field)
- 5+ years of experience in the following fields: project management, product management, or program management
- Experienced and comfortable in Agile work environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
- Proficient writing skills in story creation and articulating requirements, use cases, and risks
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree CSPO Certification
- Experience working cross-functionally in large corporations
- Experience working with Data Science, Data Governance, Privacy, and Business Legal governance
- Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
