Role Summary: As a Senior Sales Cloud Consultant, you will be working on requirements gathering, documentation, testing and coordinating with the development team. You will also be responsible for providing your inputs in solution designing and identifying any gaps in the solution Job Requirement:
- 5+ years of salesforce experience with at least 3+ years of salesforce sales cloud consulting experience
- Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study,
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
- Minimum Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce App Builder
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Badges on TRAILHEAD
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Customer Community
- Understand the impact of enabling different Entitlements models
- Understanding about different Sales Motions to measure right SLA's
- Strong Analytical Skill who can measure Sales team success (KPI's)
- Experience and understanding of software development methodologies. Preferred: Hybrid Agile, Agile, Scrum of Scrums
- Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically Sales Cloud
- Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment
- Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
- Good understanding of Copado Deployment best process
