Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fixKnowledge of new computer system installations and data restore.Knowledge of shipping new computers and processed returned computers in the asset management system.Provide technical and application support related to PC refresh and data-migration initiatives.Knowledge of installing all necessary software (manually or SCCM) and verified functionality.Knowledge of Imaging laptops and desktops with prebuilt images, using SCCM to complete the process.Knowledge of building custom desktops and configure them with company specific hardware peripherals and software applications.Strong ITSM/ServiceNow and Remedy knowledge is required. Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills required.
