Sr. Security Engineer - Splunk

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong understanding of how-to security requirements impact the business
• Minimum of 5 years with backend and front-end experience of Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security
• Minimum 3-5+ years working with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) in an enterprise environment
• Required experience with cloud-based security tools (CloudTrail, WAF, Security Center, etc.)
• Required experience with writing code and automation in Python
• Required experience with writing code and automation in IaC infrastructure development (Terraform, CloudTrail, ARM, etc.)
• Required experience deploying solutions with serverless technology (containers, lambda, etc.)
• Demonstrate knowledge of Docker containers and a container clustering technology (ECS, EKS, AKS, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Demonstrate experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines utilizing tooling such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps; Required experience with source code management tools (Git, SVN, etc.)
• 5+ years security engineering experience in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Web Services, API, REST.
