Workday HCM / Performance Management ConsultantIrvine, CA6-month contractJob ID 2021-5621 Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for a Workday HCM / Performance Management Consultant. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA. Qualifications:- Prior experience with Workday HCM with detailed knowledge of talent module.
- Demonstrated ability to map current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and future process improvements.
- Ability to compile data and complex information into useful summaries, reports, and presentations.
- A self-starter with excellent judgment, exceptional communication skills, and professionalism Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Problem-solver with an initiative to work creatively and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize assigned work and complete on time.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Talent Development team to design and implement Workday Talent module as well as map current processes to identify process efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with the Talent Development (TD) team to prepare for the implementation of Workday.
- Use a systematic approach to map current TD processes and prioritize opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management implementation.
- Identify performance management best practices that help drive business priorities, mitigate bias, enable managers to effectively evaluate associate performance, and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate and advise on the design and configuration of the Workday talent module in collaboration with the TD team, other HR teams, HR Information Systems, and IT teams.
- Identify future data reporting needs and requirements.
- Identify short and long-term success measures.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
