CRM Product Analyst to join their team for a

Direct Hire, full time position that will be

onsite in Pasadena, CA. Our client's analysts lead strategic solutions that drive the progress and livelihood of the organization. Analysts collaborate with various groups throughout the organization, working in Agile teams to deliver progressive solutions. As the analyst in our client's IT group, you will be the key technology liaison to business groups as well as stakeholders in operational and technology areas, analyzing complex business requirements, evaluating latest vendor solutions, and supporting the implementation of solutions for business partners. The role requires someone who is high-energy, driven, user-focused, detail-oriented, proactive, a team player and aware of the needs of each unique stakeholder group. As a scrum team member, you will come up with innovative forward-thinking designs and ensure high-quality delivery of our products through our Agile development process. We need our analysts to be versatile, creative, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new challenges as we push our technology forward

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Play a leading role on a dynamic and interactive team, designing and delivering strategic solutions to business partners.
  • Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation and delivering high quality products or features that will assist Client Service in their sales efforts.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to work across multiple sales enablement tools including CRM, Product Master, Marketing Automation, and Reporting
  • Provide functional and technical support and expertise during development, implementation, testing of complex projects.
  • Extensive analysis across multiple systems that will provide Client Service a 360-degree view of the clients, portfolios, and contacts.
  • Experienced with data analysis and data integration across multiple systems.
  • Configure and Perform testing on the supported CRM and marketing systems.
  • Partner effectively with business stakeholders, putting forward suggestions and recommendations for new features before the business has identified a need.
  • Collaborate with team member and users, utilizing the Agile methodology with a test-driven development approach to ensure rapid delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Distill complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Perform data validation, working with business partners to ensure data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years' experience with Sales Enablement tools such as CRM, marketing automation, content analytics, sales analytics, and business intelligence
  • Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, Snowflake, Azure SQL for data analysis and exploration.
  • Solid domain knowledge of CRM, Sales and Product knowledge
  • Financial Asset Management knowledge with CRM experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing, and sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Ability to write user stories as well as business and functional specifications.
  • Mastery of presenting information that tells a meaningful and compelling story.
  • Analysis experience, preferably in data related to sales, service, and product history.
  • Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation, and presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or related degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant development or combination of education, training and experience.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.
