AIX System Administrator for our client in Burbank, CA Job Title: AIX System Administrator Job Location: Burbank, CA Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Smart, self-driven with a keen focus on and track record of an exceptional delivery of innovative solutions.
- Strong knowledge and skill in IBM AIX, PowerHA, VIO server, HMC system build and maintenance procedures, Linux, Azure Cloud, and Private Cloud.
- Thorough knowledge of continuous integration tools Splunk, BigFix, Tivoli monitoring (ITM) etc.
- UNIX/Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, & security.
- Passionate about ways to exploit technology and constantly learning.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible with support 24/7.
- BS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
