HR Operations Specialist

HR Operations Specialist - Contract-to-Hire - Santa Monica CAThe Specialist, People Operations works closely with various HR functional areas to provide administration and support, process people data and organizational maintenance. This person will work with the People Business Partners to execute company objectives to ensures that company policies and practices are followed in accordance with federal and state regulations.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing full-life cycle contract labor recruiting, including approvals, set-up in the HRIS system (Workday), and manages staffing agencies, hiring managers, and candidate relationships (30%)
• Advises hiring managers through the assessment and selection process, and through contingent staff extensions (20%)
• Process Workday transactional tasks, including creating positions in Workday as requested by hiring managers, initiating job requisitions for approval and posting, processing employee data job (15%)
• Prepares and updates job aids, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for People Operations, including testing and confirming process steps (15%)
• Manages the employee recognition platform
• Performs general administrative tasks as assigned

• Microsoft Excel - Intermediate to Advanced
• Experience with Workday HRIS system preferred
• 2 - 4 years of relevant and related experience
• Travel: Up to 5% work-related travel to Beachbody worksites as necessary
