- Evangelize innovative best practices, frameworks, and techniques to build highly interactive multi-media Web sites based on React
- Collaborate with product management, UX designers, as well as front end development teams
- Provide thought leadership and mentoring for agile cross-functional teams to enable rapid Web UI product delivery, both on mobile and desktop
- Build reusable reference implementations of target designs, and train teams on their use
- Be a part of the agile development process and deliver product feature implementations
- Recommend processes, services, software and other tools to support business objectives pertinent to user interfaces as well as infrastructure technologies
- Guide process and technology adoption to assure QA testing of User Interfaces application
- Document all your work and communicate issues when they arise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience developing social networking sites with streaming media
- 7 years’ of front-end development experience
- 5 years’ minimum experience with React framework
- You must be comfortable with adult content
- You must be at least 21 years old
- Expert proficiency in XHTML and CSS
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, DOM, XSLT/XML, jQuery
- Familiar with the following: Kubernetes/microservices, Web services, RDBMS/SQL, SEO
- Familiar with cross-platform and cross-browser issues, secure web standards and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to learn new tasks outside immediate range of skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Deadline oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
