- Configuring and using CFC, CMC (Modules used to Manage 100+ stores).
- Offering solutions that are technically sound and meet business requirements and IT standards.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Connected Payments (Credit Card Processing Module).
- Update the POS system and OLO (online ordering platform) by adding new menu items and remove obsolete items (price changes, name changes, modifiers, menu format changes).
- Configure screens, menu items, modifiers, discounts, promos, tenders and security.
- Provide POS Tech Support and troubleshoot store problems to determine the root causes and solutions, in conjunction with NCR Support.
- Partner with the Training department as the POS subject matter expert and assist with the documentation and screenshots for new items, features, and procedures for the POS system.
- Assist the HR Department with investigations into suspected theft and other security problems related to POS and Connected Payments.
- Research, test, implement, upgrade, and maintain POS Systems.
- Configure POS related equipment hardware and software installations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of POS experience.
- Has worked in a Corporate environment supporting Retail/Restaurant POS.
- Strong detail orientation with the ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of day to day restaurant operations, environment, and procedures.
- Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, prioritize work assignments, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
