- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to ensure the best creative solutions are realized, implemented and delivered
- Create prototypes based on high-level business, functional, and technical requirements
- Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into compelling UX designs
- Keep abreast of latest practices, techniques and emerging technologies within the industry and employ these to develop ideas and inspire design concepts
- Use field data to derive personas, use cases, concepts, and user journeys
- Translate our strategy and design language into world class visuals
- Oversee the selection of techniques and tools and provide evaluation criteria to discover users’ needs
- Act as a design and UX advocate internally and externally
- Articulate design decisions in individual and group discussions
- Facilitate design research sessions and sprints
- Foster a culture of design
- Previous startup experience
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Invision
- Proven design track record and experience
- Experience in designing user flows, wireframes and implementation instructions
- Strong proof of concept, rapid prototyping, storyboarding and technical skills
- Ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes and mock-ups in an iterative environment
- An understanding of web development technologies
- Extensive experience designing usable, engaging, and beautiful customer experiences for iPhone, iPad, Android, and the web
- Experience that includes visual, UX, and interaction design
- Should have shipped features end to end at large scale
- Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of Design Process, Design Research, and state-of-the-art design guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail
- Has worked on both B2B and B2C products with diverse domain expertise
- Worked on a successful product that has touched millions of consumers
- Experience designing in automotive interfaces or applications
- Experience in creating a multilingual digital product interface
