- 7+ years of technical product management
- 4+ years leading distributed product management teams
- Customer fulfillment, digital shopping, and account management
- Manage, build a team of Product Managers, Product Discovery, Product Delivery
- Identify setbacks/roadblocks with project and resolve, Product roadmap/features
- Agile delivery framework, managing KPIs.
- Manage product backlog, sprints, develop stories, define clear acceptance criteria
- Lead go-live release
- JIRA or equivalent to manage backlogs and document features
- A seasoned Leader with a strong attitude towards people mgmt and can grow a team from scratch
