Coffee/Espresso Service Tech

Grand Rapids based service company is looking for a service technician with coffee background for a full time position. We work on all types of coffee and espresso equipment. Two years experience preferred. There is seasonal variation in hours but the yearly average is around 42 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Problem solving skills and mechanical ability
Familiarity with general tools
Ability to communicate with office, customers, tech support when needed
Some lifting
Good driving and safety record
Responsibilities include:
Use of company tablet and entering information about the work done in our system
Diagnosing problems and the correct repairs, and ordering parts as needed
Coordinating with office and other technicians as needed on repairs
This job will involve some overtime as needed and a rotating on call schedule
