Job Description

Your Impact

  • Own, optimize, and manage the Demandbase One platform to grow adoption and expand usage with Marketing and Sales with an emphasis on orchestration and advertising

  • Oversee the product roadmap and highlight new, innovative use cases to support company wide objectives

  • Develop on-boarding process to ensure users are able to see data based on their assigned territories or accounts

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to create training materials to ensure comprehension of Demandbase’s main functionalities and use cases

  • Work with technical stakeholders in Web, MarTech, and IT to support integration strategies across the MarTech stack to drive innovation and improve experiences

  • Test, measure, and analyze performance through reports and dashboards across teams to optimize strategies and highlight success stories

  • Bring a data-driven approach with an eye on process optimization and change management

Your Experience

  • 4+ years in marketing or marketing operations roles

  • A self-starter who is confident working on multiple programs that require strategic end-to-end thinking and cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical systems to non-technical users

  • Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment

  • Comfortable pulling and analyzing large datasets

  • Experience building reports and dashboards to form actionable, data-driven conclusions

  • Hands-on experience with SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, or related Marketing technologies

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

  • Experience working in the IT, Cybersecurity, or B2B Enterprise industry
